Ferdinand R. Tayao, fondly known as "Ronnie" in the facade industry, is a Civil Engineering graduate whose career spans nearly two decades in structural design and facade consultancy, with a specialization in glass facades. He held a key leadership role at a leading facade design and consultancy firm, where he served as Vice President for Philippine Projects until his retirement in 2019

Widely respected for his unwavering commitment to Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Ronnie played a critical role in over 100 facade projects—guiding them from concept to completion. His mastery of curtain wall systems and structural detailing, along with his ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and contractors, positioned him as a reliable problem-solver across the industry.

Despite the scope of his executive responsibilities, Ronnie remained deeply involved in the technical side—reviewing design specifications, performing cost analysis, evaluating contractor submissions, overseeing mock-up tests, and conducting site inspections. His extensive international exposure, including visits to fabrication plants across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S., strengthened his credibility as a specialist in fabricator and contractor evaluation.

Ronnie’s project track record includes landmark developments with some of the Philippines' most prominent real estate groups, such as Ayala Land, SM Group, Robinsons Land, Rockwell Land, and Ortigas Land.
