Ferdinand R. Tayao, "Ronnie," known in the Façade Industry, is a Civil Engineering graduate who dedicated nearly two decades to a prominent managerial role at ALT Cladding, Inc. With a strong focus on ALT's Philippine Projects, Ronnie's journey began as a senior inspector, evolving into a distinguished project consultant, and ultimately ascending to the position of Vice President for Philippine Projects until his retirement in 2019.

Throughout his extensive tenure at ALT's Philippine office, Ronnie earned a well-deserved reputation as the chief advocate for Quality Assurance and Quality Control. His remarkable project management skills and technical prowess guided over 100 projects, from their initial design stages through to successful construction. Ronnie's unparalleled expertise in curtain walls, coupled with his seamless collaboration with architects, developers, and contractors, positioned him as a pivotal figure in addressing design and construction challenges.

Despite his managerial responsibilities at the Philippine branch, Ronnie remained deeply engaged in the nitty-gritty aspects of the industry. He actively participated in the formulation of technical specifications, cost estimations, thorough review of contractor submissions, overseeing mock-up tests, conducting on-site inspections, and leveraging his wealth of knowledge to facilitate optimal outcomes. His extensive travels to various plants across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States of America uniquely qualify him as a credible specialist in evaluating and accrediting fabricators and contractors within the industry.
